Location: The Stapleton Industrial Park is located on the north edge of the City off of Centerville Road. The Park is less than two miles from the I -80/90 highway.

Acreage: Parcels/Lots available up to 55 acres.

Price: $13,000 per acre

Zoning: Park is zoned Manufacturing.  The Manufacturing District established and preserves areas for industrial and related uses of a nature so that they do not create serious problems of compatibility with other kinds of land uses.
