Location: The Bullard Industrial Park is located just off of north M-66. The Park is less than two miles from the I -80/90 highway.

Acreage: The acreage of the the lots are .6 acres with the exception of lot 23 which is 1.2 acres.

Price: $7,800 for all lots except lot 23, which is $15,600

Zoning: The Bullard Industrial Park is zoned Manufacturing. The Manufacturing District established and preserves areas for industrial and related uses of a nature so that they do not create serious problems of compatibility with other kinds of land uses.

Infrastructure: Lots 1 through 16 are served by all-weather streets and have water, sanitary sewer and electric service available. Kitson Avenue has concrete curbs and gutters.
