Site Selection - Bullard Industrial Park

Location: The Bullard Industrial Park is located just off of north M-66. The Park is less than two miles from the I -80/90 highway.

Acreage: The acreage of the the lots are .6 acres with the exception of lot 23 which is 1.2 acres.

Price: $7,800 for all lots except lot 23, which is $15,600

Zoning: The Bullard Industrial Park is zoned Manufacturing. The Manufacturing District established and preserves areas for industrial and related uses of a nature so that they do not create serious problems of compatibility with other kinds of land uses.

Infrastructure: Lots 1 through 16 are served by all-weather streets and have water, sanitary sewer and electric service available. Kitson Avenue has concrete curbs and gutters. Lots 19 through 23 will be served by future improvements. Haines Boulevard will be a connector between N. Centerville Road and N. Nottawa Street (M-66). It may be developed as a State highway.
